1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Enat Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who We Are

Enat Market is an online marketplace that allows buyers and sellers to connect for fixed-price listings, auctions, and offers. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers; we provide the platform that facilitates those transactions.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Buying and Selling

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, condition, and shipping details.
• Buyers agree to pay the listed or winning bid price for items they commit to purchase.
• Auction bids are binding. Placing a bid is a commitment to purchase if you are the winning bidder.
• Sellers are responsible for shipping items in a timely manner as described in their listing.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. Sellers receive payouts to their connected Stripe account, less any applicable platform commission, as disclosed at the time of sale. By selling on Enat Market, sellers authorize us to facilitate these payouts on their behalf.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
• Engage in fraudulent bidding, shill bidding, or price manipulation
• Circumvent the Platform's payment system to avoid fees
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Disputes Between Users

We provide tools to help resolve disputes between buyers and sellers, but we are not responsible for resolving every dispute and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Refunds, when issued, are handled in accordance with our dispute resolution process.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enat Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions with other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
